Nate is an Associate in the Complex Litigation Group.  Nate has represented clients at the state and federal level in a wide range of civil litigation, including complex commercial disputes, corporate governance disputes, regulatory litigation, environmental litigation, real estate litigation, trade secrets litigation, and employment litigation.  Nate has also represented clients in civil and criminal government investigations.  Nate has experience at all stages of litigation, including drafting complaints, seeking and defending against preliminary injunctive relief, motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeal.  Nate has also counseled clients on antitrust risk and best practices.

Nate maintains a robust pro bono practice, with a focus on civil rights and good governance issues.  Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Nate served as a special assistant attorney general with the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office from 2020 to 2021.  Before that, Nate was a litigation associate at an international law firm.
