Nell Richmond is an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. She maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate formation and general corporate governance.

During law school, Nell was an executive board member of the Boston College Law School Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, co-chaired the school’s oral advocacy competition program and served as a bankruptcy research assistant for Professor Ingrid Hillinger.
