Nicholas C. Paul is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice.
During law school, Nick was a summer associate in Foley’s Milwaukee office, where he researched and drafted memoranda on various legal issues. Previously, Nick was a summer law clerk at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, where he assisted attorneys in the preparation of criminal defense cases. In addition, Nick was a law clerk – case management specialist for a law group in Chicago, where he assisted attorneys with personal injury and criminal defense cases by conducting client intake, retrieving medical records and bills for personal injury cases, researching and conversing with clients to answer interrogatories, and preparing various discovery documents.
