Nick counsels clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters in the technology, privacy and intellectual property arenas. He regularly drafts commercial contracts for companies of all sizes, including licensing agreements, statements of work and data services agreements. Nick also advises and represents clients in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Additionally, Nick has extensive experience developing and implementing privacy programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Driver's Privacy Protection Act, Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and General Data Protection Regulation. He is also knowledgeable in State of Illinois privacy and information security laws.
