Nicole R. Sadler represents financial services institutions, technology firms, and other businesses in complex commercial litigation, including privacy litigation, consumer class actions, business disputes, and unfair competition matters. She regularly counsels clients on privacy and data security matters, including developing company-wide compliance programs, adhering to federal and state privacy and information security laws, and investigating and responding to security breaches. Nicole is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and is an active member of the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Working Group.
