Niovi Antoniou is a solicitor in the Vedder Price’s London office, and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.

Ms. Antoniou focuses her practice on representing bank and non-bank lenders, and asset owners in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions related to the aviation and maritime industries. She has experience with a variety of complex transactions and financing arrangements, including sale and leaseback financings, senior and junior debt financings, and projects related to the decommissioning of vessels and offshore assets. She has also worked extensively on cross-border re-financings, restructurings and loan portfolio acquisitions within the transportation industry.

Additionally, Ms. Antoniou has experience assisting clients in shipping litigation matters and international arbitrations in various forums.

Ms. Antoniou is a graduate of BPP University Law School and the London School of Economics. In addition to English, Ms. Antoniou is also fluent in Greek.
