Most recently, Niraj represented a number of financial services firms, guarantors, institutional investors, bankruptcy-appointed trustees and creditors, and other clients to evaluate, protect, and defend their legal rights in multimillion and multibillion dollar financial transactions and securities matters. Additionally, he has defended clients in government investigations and civil litigation alleging antitrust violations and unfair competition claims.
