An associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, Noor focuses her practice on intellectual property, and privacy and data security.

Noor has extensive knowledge with a variety of trademark and copyright matters in all industries including retail, cannabis, financing, sports, agriculture, and technology. Her work includes the clearance, selection and adaption of trademarks in both domestic and international contexts.  She has negotiated settlement agreements on behalf of clients for both trademark and copyright matters, including for architectural drawings and software disputes. Noor has prepared license agreements and co-existence agreements for client’s use.

Noor regularly helps clients comply with state and federal privacy law and has experiencing drafting privacy policies and terms and conditions. She works with foreign associates in both Europe and Canada to better understand international privacy laws, such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as it relates to each individual client’s use and protection of consumer information.

Noor also brings experience in marketing and advertising to her practice. As a part of a national undergraduate competition, she created comprehensive marketing campaigns, assisted in developing layouts for search engine optimization (SEO), and worked with a team to conduct surveys and collect pertinent data.  She is certified in Google Analytics.

While in law school, Noor served as an Extern for the Office of the General Counsel at Cleveland State University, Business Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review, Vice-President of the International Law Association and as a senator of the Student Bar Association.
