Parker focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic and private equity investments, project development and project finance matters for clients in the energy and infrastructure industries. Parker also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements such as compression, gas gathering, gas processing, joint operating, operation and maintenance, throughput, transportation and terminal services agreements, as well as various forms of EPC contracts.

His international experience includes work in Algeria, Argentina, the British Virgin Islands, Burundi, Canada, Central African Republic, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, France, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, Peru, Russia and the United Kingdom.
