Paula Uribe, a non-lawyer, provides strategic consulting, risk management and other advisory services to clients in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.  She brings to her work the deep cultural sensitivity and a wealth of knowledge and experience working with corporations, governments and civil society organizations she gained as Senior Policy Advisor, where she reported directly to the Assistant Secretary for Western Hemisphere Affairs at the United States Department of State and provided advice and strategic direction in dealing with matters of high priority for the administration.
