Peter Cunningham is an attorney who focuses primarily on securities and capital markets matters, and has represented public and private companies in equity and debt financings, corporate and securities law matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Mintz, Peter was an associate in the Boston office of an international law firm. In law school, Peter served as an articles editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.
