Rachel Bowe is an Associate in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, enforcement of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, FMLA and discrimination claims. Ms. Bowe has defended clients against race, age, gender and disability discrimination and retaliation claims, and she frequently represents clients in the enforcement of restrictive covenants and business tort disputes. She also has significant experience in nationwide, complex litigation, including class actions. Bringing nearly five years of complex litigation experience to her practice at Jackson Lewis, Ms. Bowe takes a strategic and practical approach to litigation, keeping her clients' business objectives at the fore.
