Ramez Moussa is a partner in our Labour & Employment team and is based in our Birmingham office. He trained and qualified as a solicitor with the firm in 2001.

Ramez advises a diverse range of clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with particular expertise in corporate restructurings, outsourcing/TUPE (commonly involving an international dimension), business recovery/insolvency situations and maternity/family friendly rights. He also has specialist experience advising the aerospace and defence sector on the employment issues arising from the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations. On the contentious side, he has significant experience advising on complex and high value, multi-respondent discrimination claims.
