Randall D. Crocker concentrates his practice in commercial, corporate and public law matters where he has extensive experience in crisis management, commercial litigation, banking and complex financing, bankruptcy, and corporate governance matters. He is President and CEO of the firm.
Mr. Crocker is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® and has been continuously since 1996. He has been selected as their “Lawyer of the Year” three times. He has been listed in Wisconsin Super Lawyers® since 2005, and in 2008 and 2009 he was selected as one of their Top 50 Attorneys in Wisconsin. He is ranked in Chambers USA for Banking & Finance. In 2015, he was recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as a “Leader in the Law.” He was featured in the inaugural “40 under 40” series by the Milwaukee Business Journal and was again featured in their “Power Book”, a listing of the Milwaukee area’s most influential people.
Mr. Crocker is a member of the Board of Governors of the 7th Circuit Bar Association where he serves as President. He is a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation and the American Bar Foundation.
He is a frequent lecturer and speaker on complex legal matters having addressed the State Bar of Wisconsin, the 7th Circuit Bar Association Annual Judicial Conference, the Commercial Law League of America, the American Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He has also lectured at colleges and universities including the University of Wisconsin Law School, Marquette University Law School, the Northwestern School of Law and the Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.
Mr. Crocker is an active member of the Milwaukee Community. He is immediate past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Discovery World Museum. He is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, the Wisconsin Policy Forum and the Marquette Law School Board of Advisors. He previously served as Secretary, Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Pabst Theater Foundation and the Riverside Theater Foundation and is a Past-Commodore of the Milwaukee Yacht Club. He is a member of the Board of Directors and President of the Milwaukee Club, is Campaign Treasurer for Court of Appeals Judge Timothy Dugan and Secretary/Treasurer of the Milwaukee Dancers’ Fund, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization he founded that supports dancers with the Milwaukee Ballet Company.
