Riccardo Malaguti is a trainee in the firm’s Milan office. He concentrates his practice mainly on corporate and commercial non-contentious matters, advising also on M&A transactions.
Riccardo graduated with honors in European and Transnational Law from the University of Trento and obtained a master (LL.M.) in Commercial and Company Law from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. He also attended various specialization courses, including one on International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration at the London School of Economics.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Riccardo was a trainee lawyer at another law firm in Milan where he worked both on contentious and non-contentious commercial related matters, with particular focus on intellectual property law, and gained significant experience in drafting commercial agreements.
