Richard Rosensweig is a senior member of the firm’s Litigation Group whose practice focuses on defending lawyers and law firms facing professional malpractice claims and disciplinary matters. He also counsels these clients in connection with ethical matters and regulatory investigations. Richard is recognized by Best Lawyers in America as a leading malpractice defense counsel in Massachusetts.

Additionally, Richard has more than thirty years of experience as a corporate and securities litigator, representing companies, corporate boards, and individuals in a wide variety of corporate and securities matters, including the defense of dozens of shareholders class actions lawsuits.

He represents his clients before federal and state courts, arbitration panels, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulators and securities-related organizations.

As a leader at Goulston & Storrs, Richard currently serves as the firm’s General Counsel and has sat on the firm's Executive Committee. He is an approved FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator and is fluent in French.
