Richard P. Console, Jr. is the founder of Console and Associates, P.C., based in Marlton, NJ. He opened his firm to serve one purpose: to help the victims of accidents and injuries at a time when they most need assistance. That guiding principle helped him create a personal injury law firm with a remarkable record of success. The firm handles personal injury claims of all kinds, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, and medical malpractice cases. In over 25 years of practicing personal injury law, the firm’s team of experienced attorneys has helped more than 6,000 individuals, and secured millions of dollars in damages from insurance companies and negligent businesses
For Richard, being an attorney is about helping others by advocating for the injured and making sure they and their families are heard, healed and made whole. “I started practicing the law because I wanted to help people. Our system says you have rights if you’re harmed due to the actions or negligence of someone else, but getting that justice is harder than it should be. Insurance companies will do anything to protect their earnings. As a personal injury attorney, I make sure these companies are forced to put people before profits.”
A South Jersey native, Mr. Console grew up in Haddonfield and later returned to live in Cherry Hill with his wife and two sons. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with honors from Villanova University in 1989. As a recipient of the Richter Merit Scholarship, he attended Rutgers University School of Law and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree in 1992. Mr. Console is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Console and Associates, P.C. has additional offices in Newark, NJ and Philadelphia, PA.
