Richard Tall guides financial services companies on regulatory, financing and transactional matters, including counseling on financial technology and digital currency issues. Richard also provides business-oriented advice to companies, limited partnerships and investment firms on corporate and M&A matters. He has particular expertise in the renewable energy and travel sectors.
Richard has advised on many U.K. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, disposals and other Takeover Code or private treaty transactions. He also represents clients in securities offers from unlisted bond issues to the Official List. He helps companies raise capital and access the equity markets through on- and off-market transactions and private equity deals.
