A seasoned litigator, Robert handles a wide variety of litigation and risk management matters with emphasis on contractual disputes, including distribution issues and insurance coverage. He also focuses his practice on representing members of the food and beverage industries.
Drawing on his litigation experience, Robert assists brewers, distillers, wineries, wholesalers and other alcohol industry members with business issues, including contractual negotiations and risk management, and in litigation, including contractual disputes and trademark matters. He also provides counsel regarding regulatory issues, such as labeling and compliance, and represents industry members before the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. He supports the alcohol beverage industry as an Industry Member of the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators, an allied trade member of the Brewers Association, and an allied trade member of the California Craft Brewers Association.
