Robert Sheridan

Rob’s practice encompasses a wide variety of litigation matters, with an emphasis on litigation and counseling on federal and state labor and employment issues.

In the area of employment law, Rob has counseled his clients on discrimination and harassment, wage-and-hour, employee classification, wrongful termination, and the enforcement of noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements. He has handled employment and business litigation before federal and state courts, and administrative agencies, including state fair employment and human rights agencies.
