Rochelle Emert is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Prior to joining Proskauer, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Judith Ashmann-Gerst of the Second District Court of Appeal for California.

At the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Rochelle was the president of the Women’s Law Association and a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. She also helped victims of domestic violence obtain restraining orders against their abusers and custody orders over their children.
