Ronald S. Stadler

Professional Biography

Ronald S. Stadler is a principal in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

Ron has extensive hands on, day-to-day experience helping clients comply with the FLSA, the ADA, discrimination issues, hiring and firing issues, collective bargaining, union contract administration, grievance and interest arbitration, wage and hour, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, and health insurance matters. He also has substantial experience in defending employers when they find themselves being sued over those issues as well. He prides himself on providing clients with effective and appropriate solutions, whether it is resolving disputes that already escalated, or helping clients to avoid disputes. Ron has also handled class action matters under the FLSA and other laws, helping his clients to defeat the class certification or to defend against the merits of the claim. Ron works with companies of all sizes and industries, including many from the Fortune 500 list.

Ron also has a vast amount of experience in appellate courts. He is admitted before the United States Supreme Court, the Seventh and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Buffalo County, 2014 WI App 60; Lees v. Carthage College, 714 F.3d 516 (7th Cir. 2013);  Disability Rights Wisconsin, Inc., v. Walworth County, 522 F.3d 796 (7th Cir. 2008).
