Sally Liao’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters. She advises clients on public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, public company periodic reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Sally also advises clients on life-science related transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sally was a corporate associate at the New York office of an international law firm and a senior corporate associate at the Hong Kong office of another international law firm.
