Saar Warner-Lipton focuses his practice on both cross-border real estate as well as a range of transactional matters within the hospitality industry. He regularly advises Israeli clients on their investments across the United States and Europe, as well as U.S. real estate sponsors who are procuring capital from the Israeli markets. He also routinely counsels owners on the global acquisition, branding and operation of hotels and mixed-use resort projects.

Saar has wide-ranging past experience advising owners, developers, lenders, and investors on the acquisition, development, financing, operation and restructuring of a variety of real estate asset types in the U.S. and elsewhere.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig’s Tel Aviv office, Saar spent several years practicing at international firms in both New York and Los Angeles.
