Sarah K. Quinn

Sarah is an experienced litigator and business advisor who handles all aspects of commercial dispute resolution. She has managed cases–from strategy to discovery to settlement negotiations–in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Sarah has conducted and defended numerous depositions and has presented witnesses during trial.

Sarah has led cases involving alleged violations of Title VII, Title IX, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Whistleblower Protection Act and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. She has litigated Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions, state wage and hour class actions, and employee misclassification claims.

Before joining Much, Sarah served as a law clerk for the Honorable Iain D. Johnston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also served as the Solicitations Editor for the Journal of College and University Law and was named "Best Oralist" in the first-year moot court competition.
