Sarah M. Farnham

Sarah Farnham is a transactional lawyer in the Washington DC office. Her practice focuses on energy and infrastructure project development and related corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was a litigation associate at an international law firm in Washington DC, where she handled international commercial and investment arbitration matters. Sarah has also worked as a law clerk for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, where she assisted in the research and development of financial products tailored for investments in renewable energy and carbon offset programs.
