Sayaka Uno focuses her practice on general corporate law, financial regulatory matters, and litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a law firm in London assisting Japanese corporate clients in setting up entities in the U.K., handling matters involving corporate registration, commercial contracts, employment, and data protection related regulations.

She also has experience dealing with various matters including medical negligence cases on behalf of medical institutions and general litigation at a law firm in Japan.
