Scott Fishwick is an Associate in the Litigation Department, resident in the Washington, DC office. His practice covers a variety of complex litigation matters, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, internal and regulatory investigations, civil enforcement proceedings, and white-collar prosecutions.
