Seth Bader is an experienced Atlanta-area workers' compensation attorney. He founded Bader Scott Injury Lawyers in 2008 and has since represented thousands of Georgians as they face organizations ranging from insurance companies to private corporations. Seth's unique insight into workers' compensation cases comes from his years in private practice and the time he spent working as an attorney for insurance companies. That knowledge, combined with his passion for helping injured people, make him a steadfast ally for anyone pursuing the financial compensation they're owed when they have been injured on the job.

Seth is passionate about helping injured people regardless of their background. Along with his partner Luis Scott, Seth founded the Bader Scott Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting organizations that help people.

Seth earned his JD from the Florida State University College of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. He and his family live in the Atlanta metro area.
