Ms. Lim is a member of the litigation and dispute resolution practice group. She focuses her practice on matrimonial and estate matters. Her primary areas of practice include applications relating to divorce, annulment, adoption, guardianship, mental capacity act, probate (both contentious and non-contentious), and will drafting/estate planning.
Ms. Lim is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Planners (STEP), the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.
