Internationally, Simon advises on residence and domicile planning and structuring both inbound and outbound. From a corporate perspective, he advises on the tax structuring of companies both domestic and international including tax efficient exit strategies for business owners. Simon has worked at various prominent international firms based in the UK and has been head of multiple private client and tax practices.
Simon is a highly credentialed tax lawyer receiving an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) and holds honors as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and trust and estates practitioner (TEP).
