Sloan focuses his practice on mainstream commercial real estate acquisitions, disposals, development and commercial finance transactions in the U.K. He has significant experience acting in leasing transactions, with a particular specialty representing U.S. and other off-shore businesses taking operating space in the retail, office and warehouse sectors. Sloan provides legal counsel on transactions from single asset to portfolios and his clients range from institutions and funds to corporate and private clients both on and off-shore.
