Stacie Yee focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters as well as complex commercial litigation.
She represents employers in wage and hour, wrongful discharge, discrimination, and retaliation/whistleblower litigation under both state and federal laws. She has experience representing companies and individuals in noncompetition/trade secret misappropriation litigation, both in pursuit of clients’ claims for relief as well as defending against claims brought by others. Stacie has experience representing clients in depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial, and has successfully represented employers in state administrative proceedings, state court and arbitration. She also provides preventative employment law advice to clients including through employment policy, employee handbook and employment agreement drafting and review.
