Mr. Bressler is a partner in the firm’s Tort and Insurance Group. His practice is concentrated in the area of insurance coverage litigation and products liability litigation, including medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. Mr. Bressler defends drug and device companies in product liability litigation. He also represents life, health and disability carriers statewide and regionally in a wide-range of matters, such as contract interpretation, bad faith, rescission, and regulatory controversies. His work encompasses litigation at both the trial court and appellate court levels.
