Stephen M. Di Stefano is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group. He joined the firm in 2007 and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Stephen represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, representing clients who have suffered catastrophic, life-changing injuries in motor vehicle collisions or fall-down incidents. Additionally, he has extensive experience in representing clients who have sustained serious injuries resulting from dog bites, product liability, assault and other cases of general liability. Stephen has received many successful verdicts and settlements from jury trials, including one that resulted in a $500,000 jury verdict in favor of his client who sustained significant injuries in a motor vehicle collision. He negotiates settlements and handles mediations and arbitrations on behalf of those injured.
