Stephen P. Gruberg is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance Groups. His principal focus is the representation of underwriters in a variety of public and private capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A high-yield debt offerings.

Steve also has extensive experience representing lending institutions in syndicated loan transactions, including in connection with sponsor led leveraged buy outs, strategic acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings and for general corporate purposes.
