Steven E.H. Gibbs is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Gibbs focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on environmental matters and counseling under a broad range of federal and state environmental statutes. He has represented clients in all phases of litigation arising from environmental claims under the Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act,  Clean Water Act, and their state analogues, as well as other federal and state environmental laws. Mr. Gibbs has experience negotiating with regulatory and enforcement agencies and counseling clients on compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including the Clean Air Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. He has also represented clients appealing land use restrictions at the municipal and state levels.
