Steven defends employers in class actions, collective actions, PAGA actions, and single-plaintiff matters in state and federal courts. Steven also represents clients before administrative agencies, such as the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
