Supinder Sian is a partner in the Labour & Employment Practice, specialising in business immigration, based in our London office. Supinder has over 10 years’ experience in business immigration. He has a wealth of experience and has extensive knowledge of both immigration and compliance issues. He advises corporates and employees on applications for entry clearance, extensions of stay, switching visa categories, indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation as a British citizen. He specialises in the Points Based System and has made numerous licence applications for both start-up and existing companies and regularly carries out compliance audits for clients.

In addition to in-bound UK immigration, Supinder has experience in advising on and co-ordinating immigration applications globally.

Supinder has excellent contacts at the Home Office at director level, which often leads to a speedy resolution of complex issues. Supinder has also participated in the Home Office’s working groups on key immigration issues.

Supinder regularly speaks as part of the department’s national seminar programme. He is also frequently invited to speak at conferences and provides bespoke in-house training to his clients.
