Talia Jaffe is an associate in the Tax Department. She earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law. She works on U.S. federal corporate, partnership and international tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, and debt restructurings. Her practice also focuses on the tax planning and structuring of private investment funds, including fund formation, structuring and internal organization, and investment activities.
