Tammy Imhoff is a member of the Litigation Department, with a focus on complex litigation including intellectual property, products liability, and antitrust matters. Tammy works throughout the litigation process to achieve outcomes that favor our clients’ immediate as well as long-term interests. In addition to her litigation practice, Tammy regularly counsels clients on antitrust risks associated with their business undertakings and finds ways to minimize such risks and defend against allegations of anticompetitive behavior. Tammy has represented clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, the mining industry, commercial real estate, manufacturing and healthcare. In all of her representations, Tammy strives to understand the business objectives of our clients and ensure that her advice helps forward those objectives while protecting the company’s interests.
