Mrs. Barnes is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Before joining the firm, Mrs. Barnes was a judicial law clerk for Judge James T. Russell in the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada. She assisted with approximately a dozen jury trials, conducted research on various topics, and drafted numerous Orders, including Orders concerning Motions for Summary Judgment, Motions to Dismiss and Petitions for Judicial Review.

In law school, Mrs. Barnes was the Nevada Law Editor for the Nevada Law Journal.
