Thelma A. Ofori is an Associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. In the employee benefits area, Thelma has been involved in the representation of multiemployer and single employer benefit plan clients with respect to a variety of administration, design, and plan qualification issues necessary for continued legal compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA, as well as the numerous other federal and state laws affecting employee benefits.
