Trade Secrets

Trade secrets are what give companies their edge; Tina’s job is to help clients defend theirs. To that end, Tina is frequently tapped to manage discovery requests; conduct research to inform preliminary injunction briefs; polish letters to opposing counsel; and help with depositions. Her keen ability to identify, analyze and corroborate the misappropriation of trade secrets has served clients well in both state and federal court. And when industry leaders find themselves on the opposite end of misappropriation suspicions, Tina helps them manage every phase of the investigation, with a focus on frank communication and accessible client service.

Antitrust

Tina assists in mergers and acquisitions with an eye toward antitrust concerns. She understands that increased growth is frequently accompanied by increased scrutiny, and she strategizes with clients to ensure their expansion efforts conform to antitrust regulations set by individual states, as well as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

Commercial Litigation

Tina assists a number of clients in complex breach of contract claims in both state and federal courts.

Sports Law

A skilled researcher, Tina helps shore up the defense strategy for sports organizations involved in personal injury litigation. She brings particular experience fighting concussion litigation based in the Southern District of Indiana.

Previous Experience

Before joining the firm, Tina was a law clerk for Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen of the FTC, where she prepared memoranda and assisted staff on enforcement recommendations on cases involving data security, privacy and consumer protection.
