Mr. Bromberg has over 15 years of experience litigating a wide range of business-related disputes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. His areas of emphasis include disputes related to trade secrets and unfair competition, employment, public accommodations under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as a wide rage of government contracting issues.  Mr. Bromberg’s extensive litigation and arbitration experience—including both jury and bench trials—allows him to provide effective insights when counseling clients.
