Todd Betke has over 20 years of experience representing domestic and international private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, funds-of-funds and Small Business Investment Companies in connection with the formation, operation, restructuring and liquidation of such funds. He also has extensive experience working with the general partners and management companies of private funds in connection with the formation and operation of such entities. In addition, Todd has substantial experience representing private funds in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio investments. He also regularly advises funds of funds and other institutional investors in connection with investments in private funds.
Todd also regularly counsels a wide variety of corporate clients, including large publicly traded corporations, banks and bank holding companies, privately held entities, start-up companies and entrepreneurs on a wide variety of transactional and corporate governance matters in the United States and foreign countries.
