Tolani Odutayo is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Transactional & Securities Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Odutayo served as an Association of Corporate Counsel legal intern for a multinational confectionery, food, and beverage company, where he assisted in the review and revision of leverage financing for an international joint venture, and advised on evolving corporate governance practices and the likelihood of the passage of shareholder proposals.
