Mr. Segelman is an associate at the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the investment management practice group. Mr. Segelman focuses his practice on advising private fund advisers on the structuring and formation of a variety of private investment funds, as well as investment companies, investment advisers, and independent board members on matters arising under U.S. federal securities laws, with a focus on mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
