Valentina Sarrocco is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato, based in its Rome office. She is a member of the Italian Energy Practice and has a transactional law background. She focuses her practice on advising national and international energy players and investors in acquisitions, financings, setting up of partnerships, project financings and in the sale and purchase of renewable energy power plants projects.

She has gained a valuable experience in the management of renewable energy projects, by participating in all stages of transactions, from early stage of development to corporate and financing aspects, commercial contracts (EPC and O&M) and structuring project financing and re-financing transactions.
