Wendy LaDuca currently focuses her practice on general corporate and securities matters. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, securities law issues and corporate governance matters. She also works with clients on compliance with periodic reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Prior to joining the firm, Wendy was a director at a Washington DC-based business management consultancy and its law firm affiliate, both founded and led by the 26th Chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Harvey L. Pitt. Through her work there, Wendy gained extensive experience in advising a range of clients – from small businesses to Fortune 500 public companies – in the capacity as independent corporate governance counsel on confidential matters.
